Bentley has outdone themselves once again by setting the standard higher than ever. From their press release of the new Bentley Continental GT Speed, they have opted to let pictures do the talking instead of writing a lengthy brochure.
The new 2013 Continental GT Speed, which is powered by Bentley’s famous 6.0 L W12 engine, will pack 616 HP/625 PS and 800 NM of torques and will get from 0-62 MPH in a blistering 4.0 seconds. This puts it on the same level as the last Bentley Continental Supersports with a top speed of 205 MPH. Weight is split 40/60 front/rear and traction will be provided by Bentley’s 4WD system. Power will be transferred from the engine to the road via a silky-smooth 8-speed transmission. As per Bentley themselves states, “the all new Continental GT Speed will be the perfect everyday supercar, and not just a track-day special”. That explains the 21″ wheels..
The GT Speed will be the fastest Bentley 2-door coupe ever built, who knows what will be installed for us when they launch the new Continental Supersports next year.
Enjoy the pictures!
